The head of the Kryvyi Rih City Military Administration Alexander Vilkul in his Telegram-channel reported that there were explosions in one of the city areas after 6:30 am. The Russian Armed Forces missile strike was made on the northern part of Kryvyi Rih, and the official urged civilians to be in shelters. Oleksandr Vilkul warned that Russian aviation launched new X-101 missiles in the direction of Ukrainian cities from the Volgodon region. According to him, the previous shells are 7:50 in Kiev.

"Kryvyi Rih. We are in shelters. Launching the X-101 missiles from the Volgodon district. The expected time of possible arrival is 7:50. The launches of winged missiles from Tu-95," Vilkul added in the publication. The head of the regional military-civilian administration Valentin Reznichenko informed that the entire night of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was kept in tension of the Nikopol district, attacking it with heavy weapons.

According to him, from heavy artillery and jet systems of the hail the invaders fired at the Mirovsk and Pokrovsk communities. "Previously, people were not injured. The agricultural enterprise and power lines were damaged. In the village of Vyshetarasivka, almost 1000 families were left without light. There is no communication - a mutilated tower. Emergency crews will get to work as soon that at night in the region Ukrainian servicemen knocked down Iranian Dron-Kamikadze "Geran-2".

The rocket strike on residential quarters of Nikolaev also made Russian troops on the night of October 18. According to OVA head Vitaliy Kima, the city of the invaders fired at the C-300 missiles, resulting in a two-storey apartment building. From under the rubble of the building, the body of the dead man was removed, and on the site of the attack continued search and rescue work.
