It is noted that in the Kherson pre -trial detention center, the Ukrainian military discovered the affairs of 457 convicts, 15 of them had lifelong terms. These persons served the sentence in different colonies and were temporarily in the Kherson detention center. After the retreat of the Russian troops, everyone was at large. At the same time, some of them have already turned to the Armed Forces servicemen, one of them was convicted for life. He was now transported to Nikolaev.
The location of the other 456 people remains unknown. During the occupation, Russian troops detained 59 people - their affairs were also found among prisoners. It is reported that during the retreat, the military of the Russian Federation took them to the territory of the Crimean peninsula.
