The Russian Federation has taken away the villa in Sofia Rotaru

The singer does not officially comment on the situation with her property, which is located in the territory controlled by the Russians. 76-year-old singer Sophia Rotaru lost her real estate in the territory of the annexed Crimea in Yalta. This became known from the mouth of the former Ukrainian politician, and now Russian propagandist Oleg Tsarev. According to him, due to the open support of Sofia Rotaru of the Ukrainian Army, it lost its property in the occupied Crimea.

Thus, the invaders selected the expensive villa, which belonged to the singer. As Tsarev stated, the occupiers made it clear to the singer that she had chosen the wrong side. Therefore, they decided to "nationalize" the villa on the Yalta waterfront. Of course, all this happened officially in local authorities. The open propaganda of Sofia Rotaru, the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, prompted such actions.

Since, on December 6, the singer publicly published on her official page on Instagram greetings on St. Nicholas Day, where St. Nicholas sits in the hands of Ukrainian defenders, the occupiers had no choice than to recognize it with a traitor. It is worth noting that earlier in the Russian media there was information that the current government of Crimea plans to take away from the singer the hotel "Villa Sofia", which she owns in Yalta.

Allegedly, Rotaru knew about such occupiers' plans and wanted to sell her possession, but she failed. The singer himself does not comment on the situation with her real estate. According to Tsarev, the Russian invaders still took away the real estate of Rotaru and already have the purpose to sell it, and the received funds to be sent to support their army. It is worth noting that earlier it became known that the invaders sold the apartment, which was owned by Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Yalta.
