"Scholtz plays on the hand of the Russian Federation": German scientists wrote the chancellor and the SDPN of an open letter - Bild

German scientists accuse the party leadership and the head of government of serious mistakes in relations with Putin. German scientists wrote a collective appeal to German Chancellor Olaf Soltz and the SPD Party on Errors in relations with the leadership of Russia. About it writes the German Bild, at the disposal of which this letter found itself. According to the newspaper, scientists, who, like Olaf Scholtz himself, are members of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPPN) under this address.

Among them is historian, Doctor of Sciences Henry August Winkerler, Doctor of Medicine, writer Martin Wincler, architect, industrial designer Dirk Shumann, historians Gabriele Lingelbach and Jan K. Berens and others. In a letter, scientists accuse the party leadership and Chancellor of Germany of serious mistakes in relations with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. "We are experiencing with growing concern on the position of SPD on the aggressive war of Russia against Ukraine.

Arguments and justification are always arbitrary, disorderly and often in fact incorrect," - writes experts, referring to the chancellor, as well as party leaders and parliamentary groups. The authors of the letter believe that coordination with allies in Germany is "insufficient", and Putin "regards it only as a call for action. " In addition, it is in vain to explain that Germany will definitely not do to support Ukraine.

"When the chancellor and party leaders draw red lines not for Russia, but only for German policy, they significantly weaken German security policy and play in Russia," the scientists emphasize. Historians are convinced that the SPD is prone to "extremely dangerous denial of reality. " "Putin will stop the war only if you oppose the necessary force. Scientists make the fundamental conclusion that the Social Democrats have not yet cleared their "Russian swamp".

They believe that there is no fair analysis of policy errors within the SPD. This, according to the authors of the appeal, indicates the lack of investigation of "ties of different comrades with Russian interests and false energy policy", which led Germany "to fatal dependence on Moscow". The leader of the parliamentary faction of the Social Democrats Raytzenich, who called for "freezing" of war, deserved a separate condemnation from scientists.

"The fatal requirement that would mean the end of the war in favor of the attacker," they state. On March 7, Politico reported that German Chancellor Olaf Solz wants to force Kiev to negotiate with Moscow because "everything went too far. " Thus, the politician continues to refuse to supply Ukraine's Taurus missiles.
