Trump will force Ukraine to abandon NATO and give some of the territories of the Russian Federation - Reuters

Trump's peace plan for Ukraine is likely to include, freezing the conflict on the hostage line, the refusal of Kyiv from NATO and security guarantee of further Russian invasion. After Donald Trump's inauguration, one of the primary tasks for which he will take will end the war in Ukraine. Reuters talked with Trump advisers and made conclusions what the main points of the peace plan could be.

The first thing was the conclusion of the journalists - Trump's peace plan will provide for the transfer of large parts of Ukraine to Russia. In addition, the proposals of three key advisers to Trump have common elements, in particular, the refusal of Ukraine to membership in NATO. Trump's advisers are expected to try to force Moscow and Kyiv to negotiate through an ultimatum. Ukraine will threaten the arms supply stop if it does not negotiate.

If Russia does not agree to peace, then Washington will increase the support of Kiev. Sources from Trump's surroundings noted that he had not yet convened a central working group to develop a peace plan. Instead, statements of his closest advisers were heard. There are three proposals today: the authors of the material have stressed that these plans are unlikely to be supported by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who made an invitation to NATO part of his own victory plan.

In addition, the idea of increasing military assistance to Ukraine if Putin does not go to negotiations may not be approved by Congress, where some of Trump's closest allies oppose the supply of weapons of Kiev. At the same time, Putin, according to journalists, will be waiting for her time, trying to seize as many territories as possible to see what concessions, if any, can offer Trump to lure him to the negotiating table.
