The Russian Federation has declared the creation of helicopter detachments to fight drones: what is known

Russian helicopters have controlled missiles that are planned to intercept UAVs in their airspace. In order to strengthen Russian air defense in the Russian Federation, they declared the creation of special Mi-28 helicopter units to combat drones. The propagandists began to write that the Mi-28 detachments began to form in the air-space forces to fight drones in the Russian airspace.

In total, there are 80 Mi-28H helicopters, 10 Mi-28nm and 13 teaching and combat mi-28UBs in the occupiers. Therefore, the authors suggest that much of the helicopters will be involved in such tasks. They are especially dangerous for the Ukrainian army because they have a range of 10-15 km.
