Ballistic missiles against an apartment building. In one entrance, floors are destroyed from the 4th to the 9th. Just against civilians, ordinary people, against children. This is terrorism that no one in the world will name differently.

As of this time, six dead are known, including a child, a girl, her name was Darya. She was only ten years old . . . Her mother was killed with her, her name was Natalia . . . An ordinary family in an ordinary city whose life was destroyed by Russian killers. My condolences to all who lost their loved ones . . . 69 people were injured. Tens are now in hospitals. Among them are those who are in serious condition. Everyone is provided with the necessary help.
