According to analysts, Russia wants to remain at least people liberated from the occupation of the territories. So the Kremlin wants to influence Ukraine's economy in the long run. The Russian authorities create information conditions in order to justify the deviations from the right bank of the Dnieper Kherson region. Analysts of the American Institute for War Study (ISW) reported.

The new report states that the commander of the Armed Forces of Russia in Ukraine, General Sergey Surovkin, explicitly stated that the Russian military leadership should make "difficult decisions" on Kherson region. In addition, Volodymyr Saldo, the head of the occupation administration of the Kherson region, also said that evacuation from the right bank of the Dnieper would be evacuated.

At the same time, according to analysts, Russia uses "evacuation" to cover the eviction of peaceful Ukrainians from the occupied territories of Ukraine. Ukrainians are expected to be deported to depressed regions of Russia. The report states that Russia intends to influence Ukraine's economy in the long run. Yes, the Kremlin sees Kyiv returns the territory under control, and therefore wants at least people left there.
