It included representatives from Brazil, the United Kingdom, the EU, Denmark, India, Italy, Canada, Germany, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the USA, France, Turkey and Japan. Ukraine was represented by a delegation from the Presidential Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
