"A new additional punishment is provided in the Criminal Code - deprivation of state awards, and the crimes for which it may take place are determined," Zheleznyak wrote.

He explained that the court should determine whether there are grounds for depriving the person of state awards during the sentence. In addition, a sanction is imposed in the form of deprivation of State Security and Defense Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine.
