Currently, the DBR together with the General Staff, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), as well as units of the Kharkiv and Khortytsa troops are trying to find out all the circumstances of the event every minute.

The representative of the State Bureau of Investigation noted that criminal proceedings were opened under the following preliminary qualifications: after all the circumstances are known, it will be clear whether the forces of defense could avoid the breakthrough of Russian invaders in Kharkiv region and whether someone should be responsible for it. The investigation also takes into account the issues of construction of fortifications.

"On the one hand, we are talking about unauthorized abandonment of the battlefield, on the other - a negligent attitude towards military service. During investigative actions, interviewing and conducting examinations, these circumstances are clarified, in particular why there were no proper fortifications Tatiana Sapyan.
