As of today, the main direction where the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is trying to advance is Kupyan. There, the Russians formed an offensive group and try to move forward. The Defense Ministry notes that this is not good for them and no success is recorded. The operational situation is difficult, but controlled. Ukrainian military courageously restrained the offensive of the invaders.

"The enemy has been running unsuccessful offensive actions in the Sinkivka area of ​​Kharkiv region for several days. The goal of the enemy in Kupyansk is to break through the defense of our troops and to go directly to Kupyansk. The intensity of hostilities and hostile shelling is high," the statement reads. The Ukrainian Defense Ministry makes all the necessary decisions to enhance the stability of the Armed Forces.

In the Bakhmut direction, the initiative in the hands of the Ukrainian military. They continue to take offensive actions on the southern flank around the city and are fixed on the reached boundaries. Russian invaders want to restore the lost position in the outskirts of the settlement of Kigchivka and in the Zaitsevo area with the help of constant storms. In particular, it is about Berdyansk and Melitopol directions, where it is possible to achieve partial success and to fix themselves on the achieved limits. The unsuccessful offensive actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the area of ​​settlements of Novokalin, Severne, Novomikhailivka and Staromayorsk were recorded, but the Armed Forces do not give them the slightest chance of success and return of lost positions.
