The Russian Federation could occupy 60% of the thin under Avdiivka: what they say in the General Staff and experts (map)

Julian Röpcke told about the details of the situation in the Donbass. The journalist analyzed the frames filmed by an unknown drone over the village of Tonny. A group of five homes got into the frame. The structures were found on the Google Maps satellite maps. Thereafter, the objects were recognized in the area where the fighting occurs.

It was found that it is a private development area in the northwestern part of the thin part-this territory is under the control of the Armed Forces. The rest of the area of ​​the settlement, ie 60% - in the occupation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, - the journalist wrote. It should be noted that the General Staff of the Armed Forces mentions the thin in the morning report published on March 19.

The post on the Facebook page indicates that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation attacked the defense forces near Avdiivka. The main directions of assault are four villages: Berdychi, Orlovka, Tonny, Nevel. The hottest shade of the front goes south: in the Novopavlovsky direction the Russians attacked 25 times. Deepstate experts on the online fighting card also showed which part of the thin can be controlled by the enemy.

The map indicates that the southeastern quarters of the settlement are still Ukrainian (while in Ryopke they are marked as already occupied). In a short analytical note, published on March 15, the Deepstate Telegram channel indicated that there was indeed an enemy advancement near the village.

In the latest explanations posted on the network on March 19, the settlement is not mentioned, instead they write about the deterioration of the situation near Orlovka (2 km north), as well as in the Zaporozhye direction near Verbov. Analysts of the Institute of War Studying were also told about the situation in the Avdiivsky direction. According to their estimates, published on March 18, positional battles continue near the village of Toneyke.

It should be noted that the battles near Avdiivka continued from the first days of a full -scale invasion, and especially intensified in October 2023. In February 2024, the new commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces Alexander Sirsky reported that the Ukrainian units had departed from this settlement to the prepared line of defense - to the villages of Berdychi, Swallows, and Tonyne.
