No more than 2,000 pieces a day: why the Armed Forces saves shells and how drones help - wild (video)

Due to the delay of assistance from the US, which is blocked by the Republicans, the Armed Forces are forced to resort to the savings regime and now beats exclusively for the most important purposes and equipment. Drones with machine vision have already begun to use at the front, says ATO veteran Yevgeny Wild. Now the Ukrainian Front is working in the mode of total economy due to lack of shells. You can use no more than 2,000 artillery ammunition a day and this is not the fault of Ukraine.

This information was reported in an interview with Focus by ATO veteran and military expert Yevgeny Dyky. According to the expert, all responsibility lies with Trumpists in the US Senate, which blocks the next package of assistance to Ukraine. In the summer, the Armed Forces fired 7-8 thousand shells every day. This allowed any goal to completely cover it and not to hide the dislocation.

"Currently, having received information from intelligence for the purpose of choosing artillery strikes according to priority: what purpose it is extremely important to destroy, and how it can" take a walk ", - emphasizes Yevgeny Wild. This situation allows the Russians within the front line to press and step on the same Slobozhanshchina, for example, says ATO veteran.

The invaders understand that in the case of supply to Ukraine ammunition at least in March, there will be no local onset about any local attacks, so they use the "window of opportunity". "But priority plays not only on the number of shells for purposes, but also on the directions of their supply, notes the expert. They cover the fighters as an "artillery umbrella". However, in addition to the artillery under the wells, the cover works very well, says ATO veteran.

It can be said that the most powerful testing ground of all types of UAVs developed by Ukrainians or allies supplied under the crusts. Of course, it would be nice if the Armed Forces had managed to break into the North Crimean Channel, because it would have moved the enemy artillery so far that then it would be quiet to transfer Ukrainian artillery to the left shore. In this case, the bridgehead would expand the invaders.

Yevgeny Dyky told about a very interesting innovation in small FPV-augers, which the invaders and the Armed Forces began to experience-machine vision. It allows the operator to bring to the target and the drone "remembers" this object and continues to fly to it even without connection with the operator.

This is the dangerous Russian "lanceotes" that are equipped with such a function, because the means of electronic struggle can interrupt the connection, and this UAV does not interfere - they "see" the goal and continue to persecute it. "These are the first generation systems with artificial intelligence, which are equipped with machine vision," says Wild.

"But there are examples of drone equipment that precisely the objects of recognition of objects that allows the drone to patrol the site and when the enemy object is approached in its base. These images, independently attack, for example, a tank. " Such developments are declared both in the Russian Federation and in the West, but such "advanced" drones on the front have not yet been seen, says a military expert.
