Payments for the dead military: How will the amount of assistance in 2025 change

The main amount of payment for the families of the dead is 15 million hryvnias, and this amount will remain fixed during martial law. In 2025, in Ukraine, families of fallen servicemen will be able to count on cash payments, which can reach UAH 15 million depending on the circumstances of death. To obtain these funds, you need to collect the necessary package of documents and contact the relevant authorities. This is stated in the article "OBOZ. UA".

In 2025, the amount of cash payments for the families of fallen servicemen will remain at the level of UAH 15 million before the end of martial law. This decision of the Government of Ukraine is aimed at supporting the families of those who have given their lives to defend the country. The closest relatives of the dead serviceman will be able to receive financial assistance.

Such persons include: the right to receive payments also applies to adult children up to 23 years of age, if they are students and have previously received child support. The brothers, sisters and grandchildren of the deceased who became disabled under the age of 18 and were in full security of the deceased, can also apply for financial assistance. Payments are divided equally between all legal members of the family.

At the same time, relatives living outside the country or those who have been convicted of treason or cooperation with the aggressor are not entitled to these payments. The main amount of payment for families of dead servicemen is UAH 15 million. This amount will remain unchanged throughout the martial law, and the government will only be able to view it after the end of this period.

In order to receive financial assistance, the relatives of the deceased must collect a certain package of documents and submit them to the territorial center of acquisition and social support (CCC of the JV) or through the State Portal "Action".

The necessary documents include: it is important that the process of submitting documents has been simplified through the possibility of filing through portals "Action" and CNAP (administrative services centers), which enables the relatives of the victims to receive the necessary assistance faster.
