The invaders began to talk about one destroyed western fighter and posted a photo with alleged "confirmation" of this information. However, this frame was much earlier published by Western media. The Russian invaders declared the first-bearing F-16 western fighter in Ukraine. The publication of the destruction of the Western fighter was spread by Z-Telegrams. "The first flew. X*hung, riddle: it was 6, it became 5,"-wrote one of the Russian telegrams.

In support of this, the author of the publication posted a photo of the destroyed F-16. The allegedly knocked out aircraft fell to the ground and started in the middle of the field.
