Large -scale cyberatta for Ukraine: the first registers, details have been restored

The Ministry of Justice reported that notaries can fully carry out their work, and notarial acts committed during the attack will be entered in the registers within 5 days. After a large -scale hacker attack, notaries are restored. In particular, the first registers were launched, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine reported. The department reported that three key notarial registers were working.

This is the only register of power of attorney, hereditary register and the single register of special forms of notarial documents. Notaries can now fully register power of attorney, wills and hereditary cases, as well as check special forms, have been added to the Ministry of Justice. All notarial acts performed in the absence of access to the registers will be entered within 5 working days. Increased cyber defense measures have been implemented.

We will remind that on December 20 the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine declared a large -scale failure on the network serving the state registers. At the same time, Russian hackers claimed that they broke the "National Information Systems of Ukraine" and deleted all the information from the state registers.

According to the lawyers, it will be possible to divorce or register the birth of the child, nor hope for social payments or subsidies, as long as the lawyers have not resumed the work of state registers. However, the leakage of personal data is not confirmed. The People's Deputy from the "servant of the people" Alexander Fedienko said that Russian hackers planned a complex operation to attack Ukrainian state registers.
