The world has the opportunity to witness the end of Russia in its current form. For military purposes, the United States should include "deimperialization" of the Russian Federation. This was stated by the former US troops in Europe Ben Hodges. Thus, the general commented on the words of the former American ambassador to NATO Kurt Volker that the "imperialist wars" of Moscow against its neighbors began not in Ukraine but in Georgia.
