Not only penalties: what punishments are provided for military accounting violators - a lawyer

According to lawyer Elena Khomenko, Ukrainians who have not updated the data can be fined. There are five days to pay a fine. If you do not pay - they can block the bill. Those conscripts who did not update data in the CCC and JV until July 16 are waiting for fines and various restrictions. The lawyer of the advocacy association "Actum" Olena Khomenko by the publication "Air Force Ukraine" told about it.

According to her, Ukrainians who have not updated the data can be fined from 17 to 25 thousand hryvnias. In addition, a person may be restricted in the right to drive a car. To do this, it is reported that the head of the Tax Code must prepare a statement that will then go to court. Without the participation of the conscript within 30 days, this case will be considered.

"You can find out that you have been deprived of the right to drive a car or already on a blockage or on the street during checking. In fact, everyone who did not update the data after July 16 run the risk of being in such a situation. " Khomenko explained. She noted that there were five days to pay a fine in humans. If you do not pay a fine, they can block the bill and write off the required amount if it is there.

"If not, the accounts will continue to be blocked, and in parallel, the Tax Code can make requests for a person to the tax, the Register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other registers to gather full information and a list of property that the man has," Khomenko explained. According to her, the amount can go to the state accounts for several days. That is, even after payment of the fine, the bills can be blocked for several days.

At the same time, as Khomenko reported, if the person does not systematically pay the penalties and his debt will increase to 150 thousand hryvnias, then his property will be put for bidding. Earlier it was reported that "economic mobilization" may appear in Ukraine. The Council is working to embody the concept of "economic mobilization" in the bill on economic reservation.
