Flocks of drones fly over US military bases: Pentagon still doesn't know who they

To spread: the drones flew over the aircraft, nuclear arsenals and even Donald Trump golf field. Pentagon is "puzzled" by the presence of high -tech drones, noticed over key US military objects. The drones continue to fly over arsenals with nuclear weapons. Senator Roger Viker, chairman of the Armed Forces Committee, expressed the concern, Daily Mail writes. The senator stated that the Pentagon was still "puzzled" by drones. And he suggested that these were spy drones.

Last December, dozens of mysterious drones that flew at night were spotted in the north of New Jersey. Unmanned aerial vehicles were spotted at the Picatin, Military Research and Production Facility, as well as above the President Donald Trump's golf field in Bedminster. And on December 13, the Wright Patterson Air Base in Ohio closed its airspace due to similar activity. "It is obvious that this is an aspect of military intelligence," said Senator Roger Vicer.

And he stated that other Pentagon officials agree that these are spy drones. "I can tell you that I am dedicated to the highest level briefings. I think Pentagon and national security advisers are still in amazement," the senator said. Another swarm of "small unmanned aerial vehicles" was spotted over US bases abroad. For example, they were seen over the US Air Force Air Force Leukenechite in Suffolk, England, in November 2024 and two other bases in Britain. And also over the US bases in Germany.

Last month, the former UK Security Minister called for a "urgent investigation" of drones over US aircraft in England after reporting that these observations are related to Russia. The unclear invasion of drones was probably directed at America's military bases around the world last year, and began in October 2024 with a swarm of drones over Langle Aviabase in Virginia. Several F-22 aircraft, placed in Langle, had to be moved to the adjacent air base for protection.

As the February investigation showed, three seasonal fruits collectors could be associated with the Kremlin and control drones. Former FBI and military analyst Ken Gray warned that the threat of use by foreign citizens of unmanned technologies for espionage for the United States is growing and is unlikely to stop in the near future. And he warned that amateur -level drones can be modified for transportation of hazardous substances or devices, such as explosives.

Last month, the chief general of all air -forces of the United States and Canada made Congress to express anxiety about the origin and purpose of the emergence of switches. US Air Force General Gregory M. Gigo, commander of Northcom and Norad, reported that 350 cases of detection of drones were recorded over US military objects last year.
