We will do our best for Ukrainians, Poles and all the peoples of Europe to live freely-the President of Ukraine appealed to the people of Poland on the 83rd anniversary

Dear friends! Dear Polish people, brothers and sisters! For 83 years, we have been separated from that morning that has put Europe and the world on the boundary of death. On September 1, 1939, at about 4 am, the Polish city of Velyun was scary. Nazi Germany went war against all free nations, starting with Poland.

And there will be no such generation of Ukrainians, Poles, all Europeans or people in general, who will forget that Nazism was carrying and for which Nazi executioners were held accountable. People believed that they would be able to avoid the repetition of those terrible crimes and such a cruel war. But again there was such a morning. Only February 24, 2022, when bombs and rockets were hit in peaceful cities.

Again, the ideology of hatred tries to seize space in Europe through mass murders and terror. Valun is repeated - in Kharkiv, in Nikolaev, in the cities of Donbass, in Mariupol. The burned cities and villages were repeated. The Katyn was repeated - in Olenivka. Deportation was repeated. But there is something that has not happened. No one made a criminal pact with hatred.

And since the first minute of this war, we receive real help from real friends and brothers who have become our powerful rear and do everything to help us win. We will do our best for Ukrainians, Poles and all the peoples of Europe to live freely. That every generation of our peoples, all Europeans and people in general remembers that Rashism was carrying and for what the Rashist executioners would be punished.
