"Broke and did not work": Reznikov doubted in the power of nuclear weapons

Most of the nuclear warheads that Ukraine gave the Russian Federation were unsuitable in 1997. The Russians wanted to test nuclear weapons on Joe Baiden's arrival in Kiev, but nothing was possible, said the Ukrainian Defense Minister. Russia's threats raise great doubts, because no one knows how capable of its nuclear weapons. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Alexei Reznikov on May 1 on a live broadcast of a single telecommunication.

"No one knows the state of Russian nuclear weapons, the last test was conducted in 1998 at a landfill in Kazakhstan," the minister said. Most of the nuclear warheads and their carriers that Ukraine gave to the Russians after the collapse of the USSR were unusable in 1997. "Next they could make an upgrade and extend the shelf life, but formally it ended even then. The manufacturer of many components were Ukrainian factories, we no longer help them," the carvers added.

On the day of US President, Joe Baiden, the Russian Army of Russia planned a test of nuclear weapons for intimidation, but it failed. "It broke and did not work. Putin had to change the text of the speech. There should be a powerful signal of the event, but it was not. I would not exaggerate their capabilities," - summed up the Ministry of Defense.

We will remind that the chief Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov demanded to strike nuclear weapons on "decision -making centers" in Ukraine to the planned counter -offensive of the Armed Forces. Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, voiced the use of nuclear weapons in the war with Ukraine. In his opinion, the enemies of Russia understand only the "language of power".
