In general, it was about the abolition of "all restrictions" and the fulfillment of all the requirements specified, according to him, in a Memorandum concluded with the UN. The Kremlin head also explained why the agreement was not continued. According to him, the reason is that it "lost any meaning. " Putin also proposed to replace Ukrainian grain in Russian.
