Putin called his "requirements" to restore the grain agreement (video)

According to the Russian President, it is necessary to abolish sanctions imposed on grain, fertilizers, banks, navigation, agriculture - all this is listed in the memorandum between the Russian Federation and the UN. Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that he was ready to restore the grain agreement, which was exported to grain from Ukrainian ports. At the same time, he voiced that to restore it is necessary to fulfill "a single condition".

The politician's speech was published by the TASS agency. Putin assured that the Russian Federation allegedly did not object to the grain agreement and even seriously considers the possibility of returning. However, the return is possible on one condition: "must be taken into account, and most importantly - all the conditions of participation of Russia in this agreement are not excluded without exception.

" Among the conditions that Putin voiced - the abolition of sanctions imposed on Russian grain and fertilizers, return to the banks of the SWIFT international payments system, resumption of permission to trade spare parts for agricultural machinery and unlocking agricultural assets, solving problems with insurance and freight problems Togliatti-Odessa ammonia.

In general, it was about the abolition of "all restrictions" and the fulfillment of all the requirements specified, according to him, in a Memorandum concluded with the UN. The Kremlin head also explained why the agreement was not continued. According to him, the reason is that it "lost any meaning. " In addition, its implementation allegedly caused losses of 1. 2 billion rubles.

At the same time, no new demands were announced: "No obligations and agreements on the grain agreement no one was going to fulfill, only constantly demanded something from the Russian Federation. " Putin also proposed to replace Ukrainian grain in Russian. It claims that the Russian Federation has "received a record harvest" and now offers poor countries: take grain on a commercial and even free basis.

It should be noted that the Minister of Agro -Policy Mykola Solsky showed the consequences of the impact of winged missiles of Russia on the ports of Ukraine, from where the grain was exported under the Grain Corridor Agreement. The fire that broke out in storage containers destroyed 60 thousand tons of grain. In addition, the port infrastructure has received such serious damage that it will be repaired for at least a year.

The Russian Defense Ministry, after a night attack, stated that such blows would be made on any vessels that will move near ports-they will all be considered "legal military purposes". Meanwhile, on the eve of the agroexpert explained that grain can be exported not only by the sea. In particular, he named three more transportation areas - through the Danube, through Moldova, through Poland.

We remind you that on the night of July 19, the Russians fired at Odessa Onyx rockets and X-22-said representatives of the Armed Forces. After this office, the President stated that Russia was preparing to boast the world with starvation. The day before - on the night of July 17 to 18 - Russia also struck in southern Ukraine: attacked the infrastructure of the Nikolaev area and Odesa region.
