How important does this person really have information and what is the story when Serbia seemed to convey it to the Russians? - This is a very interesting character. He had nothing to do with the Security Service, he came from the outside. If someone thinks that he is a prosecutor's office, then he had nothing to do with the prosecutor's office. He was an ordinary businessman who was doing something in the prosecutor's office.

He did not have any experience in the special services or law enforcement agencies. But with some connections, he found himself in a rather attractive position and used it fully. One of the elements of using his position: they have transformed the internal security department of the Security Service of Ukraine into the Main Directorate, where they created a special unit that actually took control of customs transitions in Ukraine.

It was, in their opinion, a specific step for control, against corruption. In fact, everyone realized that it was a hidden element of corruption at those transitions. And it was quite transparently covered by journalists, and some of the employees of the service victims of the activities of this person in the Security Service. The staff of the Security Service themselves were quite negative about his appearance in the service and welcomed that he was released from this position.

- That is, it is a person who organized an external murder over the customs crossings of the border, and simply "removed the dachshund. " It was an organized corruption scheme for "crush", do I understand you correctly? - Exactly. And the stay of that person in the service was issued [more and more] absurd. Because instead of truly fighting for the clearing the series of an enemy's possible agency, it was actually going to make money, not just criminal, but super -criminal.

- Can he have any information that will be valuable Russia? It seems that Russia wants to hold a tribunal or a trial of President Vladimir Zelensky. And as if in exchange for some testimony in this court, Mr. Naumov could be transported to Russia. What can he know to be useful in Russia? - It is useful or missing information. He is interesting to the Russians first of all with his past position.

They can attribute any information to him, any inside they come up with, and he will voice it and confirm it. His personnel himself already says that he can be useful as one of the elements of propaganda. He had certain information that was part of his duties, could know about some corruption activities, perhaps the staff of the service, may have had some contacts in other services.

He really had information and possibly helped the Russians [in the capture] of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, because he was in the leadership of the Chernobyl zone and was relevant to the so -called Derkach group, which was [affiliated] in Energoatom and around energy systems. It all suggests that he, as a valuable agent for Russia, may need the one that is with that position, and that he will be announced in Russia - it is no longer important. - The Russians want to "judge" Zelensky.

Such a flight of consciousness or subconscious seems a little strange. Can you explain what is the story, why does it and whether it will have any consequences? Is it a purely propaganda story that Ria Novosti will show, the first channel will end there? - It's all so absurd. In the world, it is not really accepted that one state judges the existing president of another state.

If this happens, then the state that does it goes beyond the limits not just the international norms that Russia has done, but beyond common sense. Ideally, we have every reason and can carry out the same "shares" in both Putin and Lukashenko. We do not go to this, though we record all their criminal orders and actions, and we do not transfer them to our jurisdiction, but to international courts.

Therefore, the implementation of any court acts on the territory of Russia against the current President of Ukraine is a more propaganda step.

- And in Naumova could there be some agent information, which, by official powers or can even beyond them, was obtained by him? This information can be useful for Russian intelligence, special services? - If he had something, given more than friendly relations between Russia and Serbia, I think he would have long been interrogated and all the information could be transmitted to Russia and without transferring him physically to Moscow.

The transfer of such personnel at the official level from Serbia to Moscow would not just be a scandal. It would be a step that would definitely make it impossible to include Serbia in the European Community in the coming years. Serbs understand this very well and do not think they will go for it. But I emphasize again: the Russians would use the very presence of Naumov. What will they put into his head that he will voice there and sign up under one or another facts, not so much.

- The fact that he escaped in the European direction, not in Russian before the invasion, was it an attempt to save his money? Otherwise, if he was indeed a valuable agent, would he be running to Russia? - Or to Belarus. Most likely, he tried to preserve the looted and obtained. They say (do not know how true it is) about his stay in Vienna and contacts with [businessman Dmitry] Firtash. It is also very interesting information, but it has no confirmation yet.
