Ukrainians do everything to make it the last war in Europe and the world - Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with Sky TG24

Ukraine repels the Russian aggressor, protects the principles of international law and does everything to make the present war the last in Europe and the world, so the help of our country should continue. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in an interview with the Italian Sky TG24. “It should be understood that Ukrainians do everything to make it the last war in both Europe and in the world.

And for this, we are fighting - for the sake of respect for international law, the rights of people, sovereignty, territorial integrity, respect for life, ”the head of state said, answering the questions of the presenters. Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that Ukrainians did not pay our country to Russia at the cost of their lives. The President expressed gratitude to the Italian audience and all Italian society for the support of Ukraine at the level of ordinary people.

“This support is very important. At the beginning of the war, the support of the whole of Europe and the world helped us to unite the strength in the fight against aggression of the Russian Federation, ”he said. The head of state emphasized that the world cannot be tired of assistance to Ukraine, because our state repels the Russian aggressor. “Well, everyone wants very fast events on the battlefield, but is different. The full -scale war continues for the second year in a row.

Everyone gets tired: the earth itself is tired, people get tired - it is clear. We have a high level motivation. We are going to defeat the enemy. Now the initiative is in our hands. Let us slowly, but daily we are displacing the Russian Federation from our earth, ”Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. The President noted that the Ukrainian military at the front has to overcome a number of difficulties: tightly replaced territories, shortage of weapons and ammunition, lack of air defense systems.
