I understand that someone decides to carry out plans in this way, but because we are mobilizing homeless people, grandfathers and the sick, no one in the army is better off. Every year, the level of personnel is getting worse and worse, everyone knows about it. It depends not only on training, but also on which categories of citizens enter the army. We don't touch gyms and restaurants in cities, instead we send homeless people to units.
We must also remember that we will never be able to compete with the Russian Federation in terms of quantity. Our only option is a technological and trained army. However, there is no sense in such slogans if the army is replenished with people who neither physically nor morally will be able to make it even to the end of the training stage. First of all, this post is about the justice of mobilization. Which we are very far from.
