"Russia's control is danger." EU and 42 countries called the Russian Federation to withdraw troops and equipment from Zaporizhzhya NPP

The EU and 42 countries of the world called on the Russian aggressor country to withdraw troops and equipment from the Zaporizhzhya NPP because of the threat to the safe operation of the station created by Russia. A joint statement was published on the EU delegation website for international organizations in Vienna. The statement states that "Russia control over the Zaporozhye NPP is a great danger" to the principles of nuclear security.

"We urge the Russian Federation to immediately withdraw our armed forces and all other unanswered staff from the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, its nearby suburbs and all Ukraine," - said representatives of 42 countries.

They also condemned Russian misinformation to justify their illegal actions in Ukraine and noted that Russia should be fully responsible.
