However, Levchenko reminded that the relevant norm was still in force, it concerns all women with medical education, even if they never worked in the specialty.

The lawyer stressed that if the Ukrainians do not do it, then in 2024 they were awaited administrative responsibility for violation of the relevant requirement. In addition, as the lawyer adds, there is also a bill 10379, which imposes large fines, in particular up to UAH 17,000 for violation of the requirements of military accounting, failure to notify the marital status, or the circumstances provided for by the current legislation.

Levchenko also mentioned the resolution of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine at number 313. It contains a list of specialties involved in medical, in particular - psychology. According to her, according to this list, women will not yet be forced to register, as this requirement remains voluntary currently. "But if you have already registered, you will have to obey the current rules of the law on military duty and service, as well as men.

Also, women are subject to the same requirements for military accounting, service, delay," the expert explained . The lawyer noted that women who have been on military registration should fulfill the requirements of military enlistment offices, such as the passage of the VLK and reports of changes in the place of residence, marital status and so on.
