In Bulgaria, the court refused the extradition of Russian Alexei Alchin to the Russian Federation, earlier he burned his passport in protest against the war. Free Europe reports. The Court noted that there was a risk of deterioration of the man's position through his political beliefs, as well as violation of his rights in the event of his transfer of the aggressor country.
