We do not have enough money in the budget, and even with the programs where we receive money from frozen Russian assets, this is not comparable to the industry, with the potential of the MIC. Therefore, I am in favor of partial weapons exports.

The list of types of weapons, the decisions on their export should not be made by politicians, but specialists. And safety specialists. And they need to determine what positions can be exported, evaluating the full range of risks, including that they do not fall through third countries in the aggressor's hands. And which cannot be exported in any way, ”says Danilo Getmantsev. In his view, the opening of exports of MICV products attracts an important financial resource in the industry.

Moreover, the financial resource that Europeans are ready to give at the expense of large re -equipment programs they are currently opening. “SAFE is a large program that enables us to receive over -weapons. The second is jobs for Ukrainians. The third is the budget taxes. The fourth is a place in the world weapons market. We have now increased to a record level of $ 2. 7 trillion in the world. This is a huge growing market and where we need to occupy a part available to us.

And it is important that exports are part of integration with partners. Because when we supply weapons, we exchange technologies, we form a single infrastructure for weapons with Europeans. Therefore, I think we have to make this decision as soon as possible. Our task is to allow the industry to develop, grow, bring money, create jobs. And this does not require new laws, only the government's decision, ”Danilo Getmantsev said.
