The Deputy Assistant to the US Secretary of Defense for Ukraine, the Russian Federation and Eurasia Laura Kuper said that Frankensam will help fill critical vulnerability in Ukrainian air defense. The Kiev leadership in a desperate attempt to protect against Russian infrastructure attacks experiments with the monster of weapons, and the brainchild of the Ukrainian defense industry became interested in the Pentagon. The US officials called the Frankensam initiative.
