President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree declaring the decisions of Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the annexation of the Ukrainian territories. The document was published on the website of the Head of State on Tuesday, October 4.

In the decree under the name "On the worthless acts that violate the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine," the President recalled that the territory of Ukraine is holistic and inviolable in its internationally recognized borders, and is indivisible in accordance with the act of declaration of independence of Ukraine of August 24, 1991. Also, any other decisions made on the basis of Putin's above decrees were recognized as void.
