The Radekhiv District Court of Lviv Oblast found guilty of exceeding the office of a lieutenant colonel who removed several dozen people from military accounting. About it writes ZAXID. NET on July 25. It is reported that in July this year, the officer expelled 40 citizens from the military registration without any reason. To do this, he used the same scheme.

According to law enforcement officers, Lieutenant Colonel made notes on the exclusion from military registration in personal cases and military tickets, without registration of reserve officers of certificates of illness, which is an excess of official powers. As a result, dozens of people were removed from the military account, while having the opportunity to go abroad. As a result of the court hearing, the lieutenant colonel was fined UAH 3145.
