Plavova blew up a suicide

To spread: representatives of the Russian invaders who find out the details of the explosion in Lugansk and the death of exmer Manolis Pilava, suspect that the incident may be involved in the incident. At the same time, the Russians did not explain whether these suspicions were related to the "Ukrainian Follow". According to preliminary data of the occupying power, the death of Plavov happened through a terrorist act, told RIA Novosti RIA with reference to the Investigative Committee.

At the same time, Russian journalists received some details of the incident from an unnamed source in law enforcement. Anonymous reported that a collaborator seemed to be blown up by a woman who carried an "explosive object". Roszma's post with the version of Pilavov's death appeared at 18:56 July 3, 10 hours after the explosion. There are no evidence (photos, videos) that would confirm the words of anonymous source.

The fact that the events in Lugansk may be involved in a woman also wrote Roszmi TASS. Anonymous interlocutors assured that it was a suicide. At the same time, two bodies are not noticeable in the video from the scene, and no names are indicated by any source. There is also a publication in the Baza channel, which reports that the woman probably did not know that she was carrying explosives and detonation took place remotely.

Meanwhile, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported on Telegram that experts of the Lugansk Forensic Center were working at the explosion. They also point out that Pilava's undermining under three articles of the Criminal Code: terrorist attack (paragraph "B" Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code), illegal purchase of explosives (Part 1 of Article 222. 1), illegal production of explosive objects (Part 1 of Article 223. 1).

It should be noted that in the morning of July 3, Roszma reported an explosion at the center of the occupied Lugansk, which resulted in a man killed, and three more were injured. Subsequently, it became known that the dead - the former mayor of Lugansk Manolis Pilav. Exmer managed the city administration of the occupying power from 2014 to 2023. It was introduced into the database of "Mrotvorets".

Activists gathered information from open sources that the official walked through the streets of the settlement and convinced people in a better life under the rule of the Kremlin. In addition, the SBU also investigated Plavov's activities and declared him suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (attempt to overthrow a constitutional order, punishment - up to 10 years in prison). Previously, a similar blast occurred in May 2025.
