Everything will be after the war: the Council was told when business is waiting for help from the authorities

The absolute priority in the distribution of budget money was taken to the army, in the second place - social, and in the third - preparation for winter. Officials consider the reduction of tax burden for small entrepreneurs. The Ukrainian authorities are doing everything to support business and economy, but there is no money in budget programs. The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the Verkhovna Rada Danilo Getmantsev said this in an interview with the Telegraph.

The absolute priority, according to him, gave the army, in the second place - social, and in the third - winter. "Depending on the situation, we will realize as many resources as we need to stand on the front. One of the achievements he called the introduction of 2% of the tax instead of VAT and income tax, exemption from payment of all taxes of small entrepreneurs, restriction of fines, inspections and licenses.

"All this allowed to bring the economy back to life in those regions where they are not fired," the chairman of the Tax Committee continued. Significant business assistance is embedded in the resumption of Ukraine, but it is worth waiting for it after the war, he added. "We will invest in this money, but now we have a budget shortage of $ 5 billion a month. You can scold the National Bank and the Cabinet of Ministers as much as you want, but they really do the best to keep the situation.

Now our resources are very limited to business helping," - He explained the Getman. The economic situation in Ukraine will deteriorate if the acute phase of a full -scale war with Russia continues, the politician added and cited a brief statistics of the fall in the economy. In May, 14% of businesses were completely closed, and half reduced production by more than 30%. This year, GDP can be reduced by a third, prices will increase by 31% by the end of the year.

The real wage against inflation will be reduced by 26. 9%, and unemployment will be 28. 9%. The consolidated budget deficit will reach 17. 9% of GDP, the balance of payments is forecast at $ 9 billion. "All this is definitely bad, the situation is very difficult, we must give it a sober assessment, and on the other hand, there is no catastrophe. There is no catastrophe. In the country there is a war and this can not but affect the economy," the People's Deputy said.
