Putin in 2023 will spend a third budget of the Russian Federation - Britain's intelligence

Each Russian is feeling economic pressure from war, as envisaged in the department. On December 5, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on Russia's federal budget. The budget project states that in 2023, more than nine trillions of rubles ($ 143 billion) will be allocated for defense, security and law enforcement. About it reports British intelligence on Twitter.

As it is noted, this is a significant increase compared to previous years and will be more than 30 percent of the total budget of Russia. Putin approved by the budget is probably too optimistic about its expectations for income and expenditures in 2023, according to analysts of British intelligence. Therefore, other parts of the Russian budget are likely to be increasingly pressure to maintain war expenses.

In addition, the UK Ministry of Defense noted the unjustified Putin's optimistic about the expected income and expenses in 2023. The Kremlin's leader may simply not enough money. "Therefore, other parts of the Russian budget are likely to suffer increasing pressure to cover the cost of war," - summed up in British intelligence.
