The document emphasizes that Russian actions in Ukraine are a purposeful genocide of the Ukrainian people. Due to the invasion of Russians, 12 million Ukrainians left their homes, more than 5 million went abroad. Parliamentarians also drew attention to the support of the Russian Federation of separatism and violence against the inhabitants of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and Crimea.

The other day, it became known that US senators put pressure on Presidential Administration Joe Biden to recognize Russia as a sponsor of terrorism. The legislators will insist on the adoption of the corresponding law, even if the White House does not support this initiative.
