"Climate change is the largest scam in history. All UN forecasts were false," he said during his speech. In addition, the White House leader has stated that the UN continued to fail on a larger scale.

He stressed that he offers American leadership to any country, ready to move to a safer and more wealthy world. In his opinion, it is necessary to abandon false approaches and to resist the greatest threats, including the most pretty weapon, ever created by humanity. Moreover, during the speech, the official urged all countries to stop developing biological and nuclear weapons. Trump devoted a large part of the speech to Russia against Ukraine.

He stressed that at the beginning of a full -scale invasion in February 2022, most experts believed that Russia would be able to win in three days. "Everyone thought that Russia would win this war in three days. But it did not happen. It should have only been a small clash that had to last for several days, exactly less than a week. Now it was over three years and the war continues. It does not add prestige, it makes it weaker," he said.

Trump also stressed that the fighting is extremely expensive to both parties. "Today in this war, five to seven thousand young soldiers are killed every week. It is a terrible tragedy," the President said. He stressed that he expected the faster to end the war due to his personal contacts with Vladimir Putin. "I believed that it would be the easiest way to end the war in Ukraine because of my relationship with Putin," he added.

In his speech, Trump also voiced the position on economic sanctions against Russia. According to him, the US is ready to impose harsh duties against Russia, but the effectiveness of such measures depends on the accession of European partners. "Europe continues to buy oil and gas in Russia. It is a shame. I can't do as they are at war with Russia and finance it.
