There are forbidden items: police searched for "major" apartments that listened to Russian music (video)

The course and results of the search of the National Police in the city of Kyiv told on the Facebook page. The post of law enforcement officers about investigative actions on minors of Kyivans appeared on the network for about 1 pm. January 12. It is stated that searches were conducted in the apartments of those who were 14 and 17 years old. The reason for the search is the investigation due to suspicion of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code (illegal handling of weapons).

During the inspection, dangerous items were found: firearms (pistol with chains), knives, caste, grenade (strike). The things were removed, the message said. In addition, they removed computer equipment and phones. Minors filmed provocative content using Russian propaganda songs, explained in the police. With the children and their parents, they had an educational conversation in the department. In the video from the point of search, we see the police removing cabinets and drawer forbidden items.

There are three knives, two pistols, up to hundreds of ammunition, school notebooks. Punishment under Part 1 of Art. 263 - prison for three to seven years. However, the guilt of the suspects has not been proven, that is, it is not clear whether they possessed prohibited objects. In particular, they blocked the roadway, burned, listened to the Russian performer "Shaman" and his propaganda song "I am Russian". The event took place at the Memorial of the National Memory Gazon on Independence Square, approximately, in the summer or autumn. At the same time, the blogger hinted that they were not threatened with punishment, because adolescents have "influential parents".

The author suggested that the persons involved would not be affected because they say "major". In a few hours a police statement appeared. Law enforcement officers reported that they had established the names of the persons involved. As it turned out, one of them was already held accountable for listening to the songs of the country that attacked Ukraine.

At the same time, on Instagram, one of the participants of the scandal, 17-year-old Andrei Dragan, a statement was made that the minors themselves had given up police, and publications against them seemed to be custom. According to Blogger Koshelnyk, Andriy was held accountable in the summer of 2024 under Part 436-2 of the Criminal Code: for public listening to music of the Russian Federation, he publicly apologized and had a year of testing.
