Disorganized Army: Russia can no longer perform large -scale offensives - isw

According to analysts, the Kremlin has not yet made the necessary reorganization of its military forces to use them effectively. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation transferred an unknown amount of forces from the Avdiiv district under Bakhmut. Russian armed forces are unable to carry out large -scale attacks in several directions. Analysts from the American Institute for War Study (ISW) have stated this.

The new report of April 13 states that the deputy chief of the Main Operational Administration of the General Staff of Ukraine Bragadny Alexei Gromov, Russian troops threw out an unspecified amount of forces from the Avdiiv district of hostilities to strengthen the offensive operations around Bakhmut. Analysts are convinced that this fact confirms the thesis that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in its current form cannot advance in several directions at once.

In addition, as stated in the report, the Kremlin has not yet made the necessary reorganization of its military forces to use them effectively. Now the leadership of the Russian Federation conducts half -measures, relying on partial mobilization, regional power, a new small PVC, such as Wagner. In addition, pressure on state -owned enterprises is exercised so that the authorities also participate in the recruitment of servicemen among employees.

What is also happening in the occupied territories of Ukraine. "The Kremlin sets the account of the Russian State Energy Company" Gazprom "for its efforts to recruit volunteers in the occupied Donetsk region, offering volunteers a salary of 400,000 rubles," the report reads. According to analysts, the current efforts of the Kremlin will create some additional combat power in the short term, but the reliance for financial promotion of "volunteers" can later cause too serious structural costs.
