"Set a tall bar": curator of "Reserve+" and "Army+" Chernihnorenko leaves from the Ministry of Defense

To extend: Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chernnoroenko leaves his position. She summed up her work in the ministry and Rustem Umerov for trust. "Kateryna Chernororenko leaves the Ministry of Defense," MP Alexei Goncharenko said on July 23. On her Facebook page, the official said "for almost two years she was honored to lead the direction of digitalization" in the Ministry of Defense and called this work "the most complex and responsible" in her life.

She celebrated a team that was not afraid of challenges, generated ideas and embodied a new approach. "We did not dig a chaos. We have created tools that reinforce defense, give efficiency, humanity and freedom of choice," Chernororenko emphasized. She identified the most important achievements during her work in the Ministry: "I worked with one of the strongest teams in the government, which did all this! Thank you for working 16 hours a day, for indifference to our users' problems.

She thanked the former Defense Minister Rustem Umerov for his trust and stressed that innovations were future and victory. From 2019 to 2022, she worked at the Ministry of Digital Transformation, where she launched "Emalyatko", a Covid certificate in "Action" and an electronic hospital. In 2022-2023, she initiated and managed the project "Army of Dron", after which she became the deputy of the head of the Ministry of Defense.
