The UN proposes to withdraw some of the sanctions from the Russian Federation to return to the "grain agreement" - Anadolu

Suggestions include the connection of the Rosselhozbank to the SWIFT system, as well as the removal of sanctions from Russian fertilizers in Europe. The United Nations, together with Turkey, have prepared new proposals to restore the Grain Agreement. They propose to connect a subsidiary of Rosselhozbank to SWIFT. About it reports Turkish news agency anadolu.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said during a press conference with Russian Sergey Lavrov that the UN had prepared a new package of proposals for the restoration of the Grain Agreement. The proposal provides that the publication argues that alternative initiatives have problems in terms of security and value. After the exit of the Russian Federation from the agreement, Ukraine began to export grain through Romania. From there it went through the Danube and further into the world by the sea.

But the capacity is not enough because the Black Sea Agreement made it possible to export 33 million tons of grain per year. In addition, the Russian Federation stated that all civilian ships that will go to Ukrainian ports will be considered as they took part in the war on the side of Ukraine. Therefore, there is a danger both in the Black Sea region and in the Odesa-Ren area. The invaders have repeatedly struck the port infrastructure.
