More weapons: Ukraine and Romania will jointly produce ammunition and repair weapons

The Romanian Patromil Association brings together more than 200 manufacturers, so NAUDI states that cooperation will open new horizons. The National Association of Defense Industry Enterprises of Ukraine (NAUDI) signed a memorandum on cooperation with the Romanian defense-industrial Association Patromil. This was reported by Naudi press service.

At the International Exhibition of the Arms of the European 2024 in Paris, the National Association signed a memorandum of cooperation with Romanian business association. Patromil is engaged in the production of military equipment. The agreement can open a new stage in cooperation between defense companies of the two countries. It is planned to establish cooperation with Patromil in the field of maintenance of machinery and ammunition for Ukrainian defenders.

"Cooperation with Patromil will play a key role in improving the efficiency of the development of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex. The Memorandum opens up new opportunities for exchange of experience, technologies and resources," Naudi summarized. Defense Express added that NAUDI brings together about 50 private defense companies, and Romanian Patromil is more than 200 manufacturers. Ukraine also actively uses Romanian weapons, including APR-40 RSZV, Tab-71, ammunition and small arms.
