Pickups, which were previously perceived as auxiliary transport, have now become a full -fledged combat platform capable of competing with armored vehicles. The military equip them with machine guns, mortars, anti -tank missile systems (PTRCs) and even reactive volley fire systems (RSSV), which makes these machines universal means of damage. But the installation of artillery systems is a separate direction. For example, the fighters of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade "Cold Yar" developed mobile RSSUs using trophy guides from BM-21 "Grad". Despite the fact that this decision initially caused condescending smiles, it turned out that such mobile fire systems have become more and more in demand in situations where infantry support was needed.

Also, Ukrainian fighters decided to go further in this direction and integrate the car even rocket installations from KA-52 helicopters with C-8 missiles. This decision makes it possible to fire at a distance of up to 4 km, while quickly changing the position if necessary.
