Digitalization of Military Accounting: Who will access personal data in the "Overige" system

The Verkhovna Rada considers the project amendments to the Law on the Electronic Register of Directed "Protection", which will significantly expand the amount of information in the system and sources of its filling. In Ukraine, they plan to improve military accounting and digitalize it. All the conscripts required for military accounting will be collected in the Unified Register, which will be accessed by the shopping center. The Verkhovna Rada plans to consider the Bill No.

10062, which provides for a significant expansion of sources of filling the register of servicemen, as well as the creation of an electronic conscript office. The "Protection" system will receive what the information about the conscripts will receive and who will have access to them, explained by lawyer Alexander Kamsh in an interview for NV. Access to the personal and service data of the Unified Electronic Register of servicemen will be given to the CCC staff who are mobilizing.

The main purpose of the Unified Register is to improve the information interaction between state databases. In addition, it is assumed that the "Ovary" system will allow you to apply in electronic form to the respective agencies for obtaining the status: Alexander Kamsha explained that the project changes to the law on the register "Oberig" proposes to create an electronic office of the military, to which he will have Access and the ability to see what information about it is in the registry.

In order to form an information base of the register "Oberig", the Central Election Commission has already submitted information about all citizens of Ukraine from 17 to 60 years electronically. On this basis, the register will be replenished from other departmental databases: we recall that experts believe that the leakage of information from the electronic register can be at risk of life of Ukrainian military or their families.
