The Armed Forces cannot knock down the drones of Kamikadze flying along the Dnieper: Ignati has revealed the reason

Most Iranian UAVs come to the Kiev region and gets to the capital. Ukrainian air defense forces cannot be confused by Russian drones-Kamikadze when they fly along the Dnieper. The spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Ignat explained the reasons on the air of "Ukrainian Radio". Russia uses Iranian drones-Kamikadze lines of shahd, which have warheads weighing up to 40 kg.

Operators program them to fly along the river of the Dnieper River, where drones become virtually invisible to Ukrainian radar stations. As Yuri Ignat explained, the lower the goal is flying, the more difficult it is to flush, because radars do not "see" objects below the level of the antenna. Radio -electronic fighting products work poorly against ShahED, as they use several satellite navigation systems, and if one is "muffled", it is insured by another.

During the last two massive attacks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, 45 and 39 drones were launched, most of them were targeted at Kyiv. Ukrainian troops managed to knock down all the UAVs, despite the movement along the Dnieper. According to Yuri Ignat, some of the drones were destroyed by the air forces of the South and East command, some of the fighters were struck, but the main work was at the last border of defense-the Kiev anti-aircraft missile brigade.

"It would seem a simple drone, but even fighters lift them to knock them down. In addition to drones, Ukrainians need to develop weapons against them: remedies and air defense. Yuri Ignat also commented on the efficiency of the Ukrainian EPPO system, launched by the Odessa Technar Group with the support of the Ministry of Defense. This program, which with a smartphone and camera allows civilians to indicate the direction of flight of air threats such as UAVs.

The Speaker of the Armed Forces emphasized that drones fly mainly at night, when Ukrainians cannot see them, and the "Shahda" is moving quickly enough. "As long as the alert system or calls will be 102, time will pass and the drone will be elsewhere, its speed is 150 km/h. So this information, which will receive in large numbers from everywhere, will interfere with and even disorient our defenders," - said speaker.
