The award was also awarded by the commander of the Aviation Squadron of the 299th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Rostislav Lazarenko, who made 88 complex combat departments and destroyed the accumulation of enemy armored vehicles and live force.

Junior Lieutenant Andriy Orla was awarded, who performed combat missions in the Severodonetsk district of Luhansk region and created an effective system of defense and fire damage to Russian invaders, which allowed to cause significant losses to the enemy. He was seriously injured during Russian artillery shelling.

The cross of combat merit was also received by the commander of the diving vessel Netishin headquarters Mykola Sokolovsky, who, after the start of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, organized and headed the combat mission in the Black Sea Operations Zone. The vessel installed a mine-explosive barrier to prevent the planting of a hostile landing in the south of Ukraine, despite the proximity of Russian ships and the constant intervention of aviation of the aggressor country.
