"Hurricane-1" is a rather rare RSSU, and several units were destroyed during the war. Video of the Hurricane-1 lesion was already published earlier, and then it was first identified on the network as a North Korean RSSD KN-09 and then as a M1991 RSSV. The newspaper suggested that the RSSV probably not affected the FPV-Dron, but a managed M30A1 rocket with 182,000 tungsten balls used by the American M142 Himars M142. Hurricane-1 began to be supplied to the Russian army only in 2023.
It is different from the usual "hurricane" with a new chassis. Instead of the old Zil-135lm in 9P140 "Hurricane", "Hurricane-1" received a chassis Baz-69092. The chassis has an armored cabin that should increase the survival of the crew and protect it from debris and tungsten balls from the m30A1 controlled m30A1 rocket. The 220-mm firing system and the Hurricane-1 guidance system remained old and has not changed.
That is, it still needs to deploy the bead, which increases the time of transfer to the combat position compared to the latest HRPV "Hurricane-M1" or "Tornado-G". There is still no way of shooting rockets. We will remind, during the special intelligence in one of the operating areas, the SCO operators found Russian Buk-M3 on combat duty and Hurricane-1 RSZV. Without thinking for a long time, Ukrainian defenders made a decision - to destroy the enemy equipment with shock drones.
