NATO's defense agencies of NATO Member States will discuss the war in Ukraine in May

According to the press service of North Atlantic Alans, the Military Committee plans to hold 5 sessions, the main of which will be the issue of support of Ukraine by NATO and allies. NATO's military committee meeting is planned for May 10 in Brussels. NATO press service reports on April 26.

"NATO Military Committee meetings will allow 32 chiefs of the General Staff and their invited colleagues to meet and discuss issues that are of strategic importance to the Alliance," the official website of the defense department said. The Supreme Commander -in -Chief of NATO in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, and NATO Supreme Commander NATO, will also be discussed in the framework of the Alliance's meeting.

It is also known that Admiral Rob Bauer, Head of the Military Committee, will be presented at the meeting, and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will join the Military Committee at the first meeting to discuss issues of war in Ukraine and key priorities and alliance.

At the meeting it is planned to consider: we will remind that on April 20, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated that he sees the future of Ukraine in NATO and is ready for discussion of Ukraine's membership in July this year. However, according to him, a meaningful discussion can only be conducted after the victory of Kiev.
