Most Ukrainians have abandoned Russian after the war (infographic)

The results of a survey of sociologists have shown that either young people (18 to 24 years old) or the older generation aged 55 to 60 years have passed in Ukrainian with great enthusiasm. After the start of a full -scale invasion of Russia, citizens of Ukraine began to use Ukrainian in everyday communication. This is evidenced by the results of the study of Gradus Research "degree of society during the war.

" The survey of Ukrainians showed that if before the invasion of the Russian Federation, most respondents spoke in Russian (56%), and the Ukrainian language was used only 43% of the population, now the picture has changed in the opposite direction. According to new data, the Ukrainian language has become part of everyday life in 61% of respondents, 37% of Ukrainians continue to communicate in Russian, as well as 2% of people who use different language in everyday life.

According to the results of the study, it was possible to find that young people (aged 18 to 24 years old), as well as an older age group of Ukrainians (from 55 to 60 years), are often transferred to Ukrainian in everyday life. The study also found that the largest increase in the Ukrainian -speaking population is observed in the southern region (+23%), the capital (+23%) and in the East (+19%).

We will remind, according to the results of a recent study conducted by the Razumkov Center and the Democratic Initiatives Foundation, more than half of the citizens of Ukraine believe that the activity of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate could contribute to the aggression of the Russian Federation.
